Meet Troy Redler.
I believe leadership starts with listening and is strengthened by real‑world experience. My values have been shaped by years of hands‑on work in healthcare and long‑term care operations, where responsibility, trust, and attention to detail are not optional—they are essential. In my professional life with Redler’s LTC Pharmacy, I’ve worked closely with care teams, administrators, and partners to help ensure that vulnerable individuals receive consistent, reliable support. That experience has reinforced my belief that decisions—whether in business or public service—should always be guided by accountability, clarity, and respect for the people affected by them. I was raised to believe that your word matters and that leadership means following through. Managing complex, regulated environments has taught me the importance of doing things the right way, not the easy way, and of being transparent when challenges arise. Those same principles guide how I approach responsibility and service. Family and community are central to who I am. Working in long‑term care has given me a deep appreciation for families, caregivers, and professionals who quietly shoulder enormous responsibility every day. It has also shown me how closely policy, administration, and real life intersect—and why thoughtful, practical leadership matters. I value local communities and practical problem‑solving. The work I do requires collaboration, trust, and a willingness to listen before acting. I believe the best outcomes come from engaging people directly, understanding the realities they face, and working toward solutions that are sustainable and grounded in real experience. Above all, I believe leadership is about service—not status. It means being accessible, prepared, and willing to be accountable. I approach every responsibility with humility, integrity, and a commitment to serve others with the same care and diligence I bring to my professional work.

Vision Statement:
I believe leadership starts with listening. Strong communities are built when people take the time to understand one another, respect different viewpoints, and work together toward practical solutions. I value open communication, personal responsibility, and showing up consistently for the people I serve. I was raised with the belief that integrity matters—that your word should mean something and that decisions should be guided by honesty, fairness, and accountability. I believe leaders should be accessible, transparent, and willing to explain not just what they decide, but how they reach their decision. Family, faith, community, and hard work are central to my life. I believe in respecting the effort of those who work long hours, care for others, run small businesses, farm the land, and contribute quietly but meaningfully to their communities. Public service should reflect that same work ethic: careful stewardship of resources, thoughtful decision‑making, and a focus on long‑term impact rather than short‑term recognition. I value local communities and believe the people closest to an issue often understand it best. Good leadership means trusting communities, supporting local problem‑solving, and recognizing that one‑size‑fits‑all solutions rarely work. Above all, I believe leadership is about service—not status. It means being willing to learn, to collaborate, and to put the interests of the community ahead of personal ambition. My goal is to approach every responsibility with humility, respect, and a genuine commitment to doing what is right.
